Erika Alexander

CollegeTracks is delighted to have Erika Alexander join its Board of Directors in 2023. Erika Alexander is Chief Global Officer, Global Operations at Marriott International. A seasoned business executive with over 30 years of experience, she oversees a broad array of disciplines that shape hotel operations across 8,500 hotels and 138 countries. CollegeTracks’ vision is meaningful to her because it aligns with Marriott’s commitment to opening doors of opportunity and developing talent. As a board member, Ms. Alexander will expand the organization’s outreach and corporate engagement. Ms. Alexander has a BA from the University of Virginia and an MBA from George Mason University.  

Ms. Alexander believes that the power of possibility can be harnessed by a single conversation and looks forward to joining CollegeTracks’ efforts to expand its reach and empower future leaders.
